*On the day of arrival, guests will be able to check into their flat from 16:00 to 20:00. On the day of departure, they are asked to vacate the flat by 10:00. Deposit: 200,00 € a flat
CONDITIONS OF USE
Prices include: use of electricity, water and gas, use of the fully furnished flat and the kitchen utensils, TV.
Arrival: guests will be able to check into their flat on Saturday from 16:00 to 20:00 (according to the time cleaning occurs).
Departure: guests are asked to vacate the flat on Saturday by 10:00. Both kitchen and cooking area must be cleaned upon departure. Failure to comply will lead to the payment of a penalty of € 50,00 to be deducted from the deposit.
Payment: 50% down payment at the time of booking, balance upon arrival.
To be paid on site: optional bedlinen and towels € 10,00 per person per set, no table linen available.
Compulsory final cleaning: € 30,00 for one-roomed flats; € 40,00 for two-roomed flats.
Breakage deposit: owners collect a breakage deposit of € 200,00 upon arrival. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, providing there are no breakages or missing items: if there is any breakage the owners reserve the right to deduct these costs from the deposit. In the event of charges or costs in excess of the breakage deposit, the client will reimburse the owner accordingly.
Animals: small animals admitted (upon request at the time of booking).
